A good family friend has a wife who has been alone for 6 months and they are very old and would like to spend their remaining years together has been in your facility for a few reason. 6 months has gone by and you have not done rehab or anything to help him. Collecting a check is all it’s about. You need to be treated the same way your treating others. People in this world make me sick

Would not recommend this facility there is no transition from one shift to another. The are always understaffed. Most everything is outsourced through different agencies There is no communication and no one wants to be acoountable for anything

I just got home from RBB after a LONG visit, April until Aug. 11. There were many problems but all in all it was satisfactory. Sure there were too long waits for them t o answer the bell, sometimes excusable, sometimes not so, but they were always answered. The food left a whole lot to be desired. Canned veggies left them so full of water and inedible. The gluten free bread was not chewable, too tough. The p.b.&j. was wonderful. Always fresh made and oozing with jam. The soups were acceptable most of the time. There was rarely fresh fruit except for oranges, bananas (which I am not fond of) grapes (few and far between), rarely fresh veggies. Canned coleslaw was horrific. It had to be canned, otherwise how could it have been so disgusting, soupy and bad tasting. They need to take a little pride in what they are serving. Would they eat it? I sincerely doubt it. All in all, it was a good experience but one that I will pass up. Sometimes we have no choice. I've been to other facilities and this one compares favorably to them. They all suck and home is always better but you do what you have to do.

My son now lives in Richland Bean Blossom Health Care Center. He’s getting therapy every day and enjoys it. It’s a good place for him right now. The nurses are good.

I visited this nursing home on many occasions. I have a close friends whos mother was placed in this nursing home so I I sited her quite often. On several occasions during my visit I heard the staff speaking very vulgarly and cursing. On these same occasions it took over 15 minutes for the staff to the barroom call light and when the light was finally answered they hurried the patient through the help she needed after she had urinated on herself due to the long Waite for assistance in getting to the bathroom. In my opinion you should check into all other available options before settling on this facility.
