"I visited the Waters on Mayowood, it’s a lovely place, and if I had the money, I would go there. The rooms were nice, and everybody that lived there was very happy. The staff was pretty informative. They have many activities for the residents, they provide transportation, they have rooms to play cards, games, and stuff in the facility, so they pretty much provide for a well-rounded life."

"The Shorewood Senior Living facility offered both assisted living and independent living. The facility provided daily nursing care. This included assistance with her wound, bathing, meals and medication set up. An RN is assigned to do the medication set up weekly, while a nursing assistant does the personal care. The assisted living apartment was furnished with everything she would need. Lunch and supper were provided in a common area. There were activities available for her to attend if she desired this. The people were extremely kind and caring. Even when the client (mother) was not very happy to be there, we witnessed compassionate loving attitudes toward her. We found it inconvenient however, that she had to change apartments when she was no longer dependent on nursing care. She moved over to the Independent area, the apartment was not furnished. We moved her furniture in and it is very homey. Nursing care is available to her if she should need it, but it is similar to getting a home health agency person to come into the home. It is convenient for people who may need a surgery, have fallen or for whatever reason would need nursing care. "

"We've chosen Arbor Terrace. What we liked the best, was the safety, and the level of care. We got a one-bedroom deluxe. One bedroom with a small kitchen and a small living room. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and they seemed good. They have a happy hour, and they have musicians there when we visited one time. It's close to the clinic, and they had a good reputation for good quality care."

"My mother has been here since the beginning of this month. We've chosen them because of its proximity and the views. The staff is fine and they seem to be caring. She's kind of a foodie, and she says the food is not bad. Her room is like a small apartment. They don't have a lot of activities right now because of COVID. The facility is excellent and very well laid out. It is more of a traditional type, but it's a new building. They seem accommodating and willing to work with us. It's right by the Silver Lake, so it's pretty and only about a mile to downtown. "

"Madonna Summit was beautiful, on the smaller side, is two levels, and was lovely. I loved everything about the place. We walked through the building and we saw people playing Bingo, or whatever activity they were doing."

"I visited this assisted living facility for one of my friend's parents in 2010 summer. First of all I would like to say that the place is conveniently located in NW of Rochester, close to shopping area. At the first sight I told 'wow'. The entrance and the surrounding areas are full of green and shades of trees. It was so peaceful that I liked it even before I entered. There is a pretty organized and vast reception area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. She asked about our priorities and explained the different options we could get over there. I must admit that Madonna tower is pretty vast. Very well organized, clean and tidy. They provide facilities for seniors who are 62 years or above. They have plenty of options to choose from. It is almost a year my friend's parents are living there. As I have heard they are taken care of by well experienced and friendly staffs. They have medical units. Their own buses to transport residents and many other facilities. I definitely recommend Madonna Tower if you are looking for a home like atmosphere and skilled observation for your elderly relatives. "
