My husband stayed at Bennett Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center. They would never set up his CPAP. I asked and asked them, which is something that he needs at night. Then I finally went over and wrote a note. Then they told me my husband was refusing it, and my husband told me he wasn't refusing it. They just didn't want to set it up at night. We never saw a doctor other than the first night that he was there. I'm not happy with them at all. Their physical therapist was OK. My husband didn't like the food. He lost ten pounds while he was there. The first two days I complained about the floor. It was sticky and dirty. They decided that they should clean it after I complained. They have physical therapy all together once a week, which was OK. The physical therapy portion of it was good. It was just that the care was unbelievable. The second day my husband was there he fell, and four ribs were broken, but they told me that he broke his four ribs coughing. If he broke his four ribs coughing, why didn't they do something to help with his coughing? Which they didn't.

My husband had his physical therapy at Bennett Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center and they got him back up on his feet. The food was good. The rooms were clean. The nurses were friendly. I can't think of any negatives. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially the physical therapy people. They got my husband right up on his feet, walking the hallways, exercising, and doing well. It would have been nice that they had more variety in their meals, but they already had five or six choices per meal that you could choose from.
