The rooms are awful, old and need updating. My mom was there in March 2024. She was there over a month before she transitioned. For almost a month, she had no air. Whenever I inquired with the front desk, I was always told they had someone working on it. A lot of the necessities were rationed out. My family had to go to Walmart to get my mom like pampers, bed pan, and etc. Some of the employees were using the pampers that that the family purchased to change her. The outside will fool you. The inside needs a total upgrade. Their freezer is in the back in a shed that looks like it should have been condemned. They transfer food back and forth, from the outside to the inside, The only thing that I have good to say is some of the employees were great because they had to work with what they had. One of the nurses was very informative because she kept the family informed.

The staff at Bryant Health & Rehab doesn't change our dad's diaper as quickly as we prefer when he uses the bathroom. But other than that, everybody is friendly, and he seems comfortable and likes the food. Overall, it's a good place. The staff seems to care, and it didn't have the nursing home atmosphere that a lot of other places do.
