My father was in Bainbridge Healthcare for rehab. It wasn't clean, and some of the staff were friendly, but not all of them. It looked like it was stuck in time, like how they do paperwork the old way. There was no computer system going on. It was outdated. There were good and bad staff members, but a lot of them don't take his concerns seriously. They just brushed his concerns off, and I didn't like that. I think the food looks okay, though. The layout makes it hard to get inside. It takes a while for somebody to come let you in, and it also takes a long time for them to let you out. Once you know where you're going, it is fine, but if you don't, you'll have to wait for somebody to direct you where you need to go. It's a little confusing.
