The Steede 55+ Active Adult Apartments was brand new and very up-to-date. They meet all the needs that I want; I liked it. However, the people who run the facility were not well educated in terms of bringing people in. They had me go through a month of qualifying. They couldn't interpret what had been done, and I had to start all the paperwork. Then, to tell me that I was overqualified at the end was very disheartening. I wasted a whole month with all the application fees and all that stuff.
