I toured The Manor at Scotts Crossing. They are not available all the time to answer questions. The rooms are nice. They're very unique and organized. It's a very fitting place for any senior that wants to be there. They don't have any food. It's just for the seniors who can live on their own. It's not for the handicapped thing. They have food that is delivered every month.

I toured Manor at Scott's Crossing a couple of weeks ago. It's independent. Everybody has their own apartment. There's no concierge unless they have a function. They have a small staff, they only have the manager, a cleanup person, and a maintenance man. They socialize with each other, and we had conversations about working in the area. They're one-bedroom apartments. It's good, it has four floors, a large entertainment room, and a smaller one up, like a balcony with chairs and stuff, where you can sit around, and have conversations. They don't have a lot of activities, but pretty much like they go to the mayor's ball, and they go on shopping trips. Sometimes they go to the casinos. They have a gym.
