Overture Hamlin is really pretty, and the upkeep is very good. It is an extremely nice facility. My aunt's apartment is cozy. It has a beautiful balcony. It could be a little bit bigger, but overall, it is a very nice one-bedroom. The staff seem extremely friendly and helpful, from the people that I met to the services they offered. They have extensive activities every day. They have movies, crafts, and water aerobics (they have a pool there). They have a central area where they meet. Once we came there, someone was having a private party there. So, you're able to schedule the area if you meet for a private party. They have an area for the Amazon packages to be dropped off. They have free coffee in the morning. I think they have a happy hour and occasionally have a food truck come to the facility.

We visited Overture Hamlin two weeks ago. It's very nice. We liked it very much. It's very clean. The facility, I think, is only two years old, so they have a lot to offer. All the things that we wanted were there. The only downside for us was size. We were hoping that the units were a little bit bigger than they were. The bedrooms were good. The living area was so-so. It had a dinette, but we were looking for something a little bit bigger for the dining area. The bathrooms were very nice. Everything was very nice about it, but we're hoping it was a little bit bigger. The staff who toured us was very personable and very informative. I think he was one of the managers, and he was very good. They have a workout gym and a nice lounge area with a fireplace where you could get coffee or afternoon snacks. There's a card room to play poker or play board games. They have a beautiful swimming pool. It was just very nice. There are lots of activities. They had a calendar of events that they gave us to show something going on just about every day. They have a shuttle service to grocery stores and out to certain events.
