My mother was a resident at the location in Perry, Florida. She was dropped from a hoyer lift due to understaffing, she died 3 days after they dropped her from her injuries.NO ONE has bothered to reach out to us for any sort of explanation of what happened nor did they ever even offer a condolence to me. It was the most hateful uncaring thing I have ever witnessed. I will continue to leave these comments until someone in that horrible place reaches out to me and explains the what happens and takes responsibility for my mothers death. Nobody deserves to die like that. They are owned by a company called Consulate who also has not bothered to reach out with an explanation to my mothers death. Also these people will not release my mothers medical records to me which is ridiculous . But I’m not giving up if it is required I will be going to the press to get the answers my family deserves and I have already reported this to the state of Florida . Someone needs to speak up for the residents in these horrible facilities.

My father in law is in Marshalls for rehabilitation and has lost 16 pounds in 19 days. I had to clean feces from under his finger nails, he was resubmitted to hospital for dehydration and low blood pressure. He was left in his own urine and feces developing terrible rash. Do not go here.

My husband is in Marshall Health and Rehab Center. The rooms are not kept well, and they’re understaffed.
