I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. The staff is rude. They treat family members as if we have no intelligence and allow no input in the care of your family member. There were several incidents where my mother fell and I was not notified. Was told by staff they don't have to notify family. Don't use this facility if you care about your family member.

Lafayette Nursing and Rehabilitation was just nasty. The staff was very pushy and rude. It was dirty. The rooms were more like a hospital.

When I broke my back in several places, I had to go to a nursing home. Lafayette Health Care Center was a very nice facility, and I really liked it. They treated me very well. I was there for six weeks. Everybody was fine to me. The food was mostly soups and sandwiches, which were fine, except that I like different kinds. The dining room was very adequate, but my food was always brought to me.
