I thought the facility was very good. The people were very polite and helpful. They assisted my friend when she moved in and helped me get her settled. They made her feel at home. The facility itself is very comfortable. It's in the country. It's got beautiful porches and is in a huge old house with lots of room. The staff seemed very competent, and my friend can be difficult so this has not been easy for them.
