Century was a very nice facility. The rooms had two beds in each. They had bingo, church services, and crafts.

Very shocked and disappointed at the low level of care this place is providing to a family member. We are looking for another facility due to their poorly trained staff who don’t demonstrate appropriate concern, compassion or competence. Our family member is a recovering stroke victim who is at very high risk falls and yet they do NOTHING to actively prevent them from falling. Has fallen multiple times but this far has not broken anything no thanks to them. They do not even use bed alarms for their most confused patients. Plus after each fall our family member has contusions that are not cleaned or bandaged properly. Basic nursing care has been non existent! Aides are poorly trained and don’t to the small importance stuff like making sure patients can reach their trays or even if they are capable of the coordination it takes to feed themselves. It’s pitiful. We can’t believe that the charge nurse never makes rounds. No one ever just checks in. Our experience is that it’s borderline inhumane and probably full on inhumane in some cases. Needs management over haul and total redo of their “program “.
