"They were very friendly and quite competent. All of the people in that particular area seemed to be engaged in something, and they seemed to be happy. I saw them playing games. They take them out fishing and shopping. They keep them very active. I was impressed. "

"My mother has been moved into a nursing home at Evergreen. What I really liked about it is the staff. They have been just wonderful. I can't go in, and I can only see my mom through the window. She's in isolation right now, so I have not been in her room or anything. The outside is lovely; I just haven't been on the inside. Everything is covered in snow, though. She has only been there a week, but they have contacted me every day multiple times, the multiple people who work with her. Since I can't see her during COVID, they are in contact with me all the time and let me know what's going on, so I really appreciate that. They have just been great. She's in the isolation wing, as everyone who comes there has to be isolated for two weeks. I don't know anything about what they have there."
