"I am in an independent living facility called KindredHearts Senior Living. I've just moved in this February. My experience is wonderful. I'm in one of one-bedroom apartments. Well, it is only a couple of 100 yards to walk to the three-story building where the dining room is, and I could eat three meals a day if I want to, but I only eat a couple of meals a week. They also have a heated pool there that I could use if I want to. Also there is an office in the three-story building that has also a place where music is performed sometimes and other activities. I'm rating KindredHearts the highest rating, that's why I'm choosing to stay here. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were very clean and well cared for. There was spirited decor and activities going on everyday. Amenities seemed to be very adequate including exercising rooms, communal rooms for tv and conversation, planned activities, and more. The grounds are well kept, especially nice in the spring. Religious services are held in a chapel on site, making things very accessible for residents. My great grandparents seemed to be content with their living arrangements here. They were very well looked after and in the case where something did arise, health wise, the local hospital is attached to the facility itself. It seems like a more dignified place to be when assisted living is necessary. "

"The staff was very welcoming, nice and all around in a pretty good mood. The food is not too bad tasting, and is healthy food for the clients. The clients are able to get up and move around and get excersise. They have actuivities for the clients and they provide entertainment every now and then for them, which they enjoy a lot. "
