COVID has been hard on everyone but they didn't even have an outbreak until COVID was almost over with. I'm glad they were able to keep them safe through such a hard time"

"This is a great place. Our mother has been a resident for a year an a half there. They are always willing to listen and to work with us in any way to help our mother. The nurses there have given me their personal numbers to call if we have any concerns and they call me with anything issues that arise. We have found the communication with us between the administration and nursing staff to be excellent. The CNAs and med techs are so kind, patient and loving towards our mother. They involve the residents family in so many activities that involve the whole family such as holiday parties, spotlights on the patients, breakfasts on the patio, art shows, etc The kitchen staff interacts with the residents like family. We watch interactions between staff and their patients in the hallway, at meals and activities. They show genuine interest and concern for everyone and laugh and talk with them and know them as individuals. Most of all my mother feels loved and cared for. We know that we can call the staff anytime and discuss any problems. My mother’s hospice nurse also has been so complimentary regarding the staff and has told us that it is one of the best facilities that she visits. We feel very fortunate to have our mother there and highly recommend this facility. "
