"My mother is in Guardian Angel Homes for a couple of months. It's very nice. They've done an excellent job for us; they've been very helpful. They call or e-mail quite often to keep us updated. She seems to enjoy it. We have never been able to go in there, just because of the Covid rules at this point. She seems to be very comfortable in it. They seem to have activities in the afternoon, and couple times they've taken a few people out for like a little drive. So, seems to be good. I think that they do a good job. After talking to some other places that were a lot more money, I think this one is pretty reasonable. She's in the assisted living, but she does have her own apartment, just by the community the house that she lived in. I thought it was very, very nice. People are very nice to work with, and she seems quite happy there."

"Very wonderful place to rehab. My wife and I read poor reviews and having such fear our elderly father won’t receive the care we desire for him we were very jaded my dad wouldn’t get the care he needed. We were wrong, this facility more the other patients and employees were all so respectful and supportive. We felt so much love and compassion, we came to support our dad and ended up with other patients as friends and staff members we idolize at how great they do their jobs and include us in dads recovery. I am very awestruck at everyone at Good Samaritan Society - Spokane Valley. Many many stars to all of them. Thank You so much."

"I have been living at Holman Gardens independent living for a little while now. I think it's great here. They have a congenial and helpful staff and they have a lot of amenities; it's just a great place to live. My apartment is really great; I have two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a patio. I don't know what else I could want. They offer us all kinds of activities. We get dinner every day and some other occasional meals, they have rides where they take us to and from doctors appointments, and we get all kinds of bus trips, do activities, and go grocery shopping. In terms of food, I like some things, and I don't like other things, but they offer alternatives. If you don't like what's on the menu you can call them ahead of time and order something different, because they have a list of things they can make in place of the normal menu. The staff is wonderful, we get housekeeping, and if we can't make it to the dining room they bring us a meal to our rooms. Even the gardeners know our names and they're nice. If something goes wrong in the apartment, you just give them a call and they'll be out pretty quick to fix what's wrong. I just can't say enough good things about them. They work very hard to keep up with the place."

"My sister-in-law is at Rockwood South Hill and I go up there a lot. It's expensive to get into. You have to outlay a tremendous amount of money to be able to get in. I have a lot of friends that live there and they have private homes there. It's a beautiful community, but you have to buy in and there's a long waitlist. It's a five-star place if you can afford it. It's a luxury full service but it's for life because once you're in, you go all the way through until death. You're there forever. You never move out. The staff is very friendly. They go over and above. What I like best are the restaurants. They have different levels. They have great big 3000 square foot apartments and small ones. The atmosphere is outstanding. The layout is sprawling."

"We placed my dad at the assisted living of Riverview, and our experience has been good so far. The majority of their staff so far has been extremely helpful. His apartment there is beautiful. They just remodeled it so it's like brand new. They provide amenities for the residents like meals, laundry and housekeeping, and the food is very good. I would rate their staff a four because we have run into nurses and things that were not the best, but you'd run into that anywhere. Their facilities are beautiful. So far, he has really enjoyed the activities, and he can do just about anything that he wants to. The price is a little bit too expensive. They do really well, but they get paid really well to do well."
