"My parents lived at Brookside from 2008 to 2010 and were very happy there. The one bedrooms are very large and open out onto a patio. The studios with an alcove are spacious enough and ours opened out onto a balcony that overlooked the creek. The price is very reasonable and the food very good. My parents lived in another place for two times the amount, which looked pretty and was spacious, but the food was not good and the rooms were actually much smaller. They were happy at Brookside and left to come live with me so that I could take care of them until they each passed. Many homes have a high staff turn over, and at Brookside the primary staff has been there for many years, which provides stability. The entertainment provided was excellent and there were several activities in which the residents could partake. They also had a cocktail hour every evening which was very well attended.
