I was in Regent Park Nursing and Rehabilitation for a hundred days. I couldn't complain about the service. The morning shift CNAs were nothing, but great. I could not say one bad word about them. The afternoon shift wasn't so good. I didn't have much to do with the graveyard shift because I was sleeping. I had trouble with their soup for a while. They would not make it hot. It was room temperature. I complained to the office about that, and that was straightened out. The facility was good. It was nice, clean, and well kept.

I like how the staff in Regent Park care for people. The place is clean and it's not a hospital-smell type of clean. The food was excellent because they've got a neat nutritionist and she really mixes it up nicely. My dad can still eat almost everything, but they make sure he gets exactly what he needs. We've been very happy.
