Santa Maria Studios is all new, and it's really nice. It's modern. I like that it is fresh. I also like the fact that when I went in there with my daughter, people were just friendly and talking to me. They weren't stuck up; they were nice. That's why we wandered around like a couple of lost kids. The staff who assisted us were pleasant. I asked how many stories they answered me. I asked, "If you need help, is there somebody on duty who can help?" They said, yes, there is. They have accommodations for the people who need more help. I saw a gym, and that was it. The dining area wasn't open when we were there.

I toured Santa Maria Studios. It's a wonderful service, and that was a great experience. Everybody was so nice and helpful. It was a brand-new building, beautiful. It was just way too far to drive for us. The staff was great. Everybody was very welcoming and super nice. They were studios. They have a beautiful workout room. They have days when you can come, and food vendors drop off food. It was just lovely. There's a bike room where you can store your bike, a trash chute, so you don't have to take your trash out, and it's accommodating. They did have activities to offer, which was lovely. They did have a room where you could have parties, a big room, like a meeting room. It was clean and new.

My relative liked Santa Maria Studios. They were very nice and very cordial. They showed us around. They were kind to her, and they were pretty knowledgeable about their facility. April was nice. She took us to two different rooms: the laundry room, the gym, and the dog park. It's a brand new building, so it was very nice.
