We needed a bar put on the wall next to my husband's side of the bed. He is 91 and his balance is not good so he falls quite easily until he can hold on to something until he gets his balance. I called the office, spoke to Elizabeth, our Executive Director, and the situation was looked at and the job done in very short order. We, and our family, deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness and care.

Staff hosted a BBQ lunch. Incredible amount of work on behalf of all the residents. It was a wonderful event. Made me so very happy to live here.

I have written before but so much to be said, this is truly HOME I can come and go as I please. I am fortunate to still drive at 80 and it always so good to come home. Activities in our Borelli room flow around and you cane meet new friend and old for the early birds and night owls and"always" feel safe. My garden is a joy and a reason to go outside when maybe I don't want to. My children also know I'm secure here and someone will check or ask if I play hermit for a bit. It's just home!

I would like to nominate Debbi of Eskaton Lincoln Manor for a commendation and raise in recognition of all her herculean labors on behalf of the residents at Eskaton Lincoln Manor. Not only does Debbi work full-time and live on site, not only must she be proficient and knowledgeable in matters of fair housing, corporate professionalism, as well as daily office and computer duties, but she also goes the extra mile. For example, organizing and participating in Karaoke Day, and cooking turkey soup for the residents out of community Thanksgiving leftovers, and working as master of ceremonies in various community events. She works with a myriad of people (at different stages of their lives). Debbi is an exemplary employee, deserving of praise, commendation, and a raise.

Eskaton Lincoln Manor services are good. Dave is wonderful. He is there as soon as you need him. There needs to be rules for people to carry their dogs, they are going on floors.

Since moving in 3 years ago, the management (Director and Office Manager) make sure that we, the residents are fully informed on all matters that concerns us. The housekeeper maintains the facility with care and is always cheerful. The maintenance supervisor is quick to respond to things broken or need attention. When I'm happy, they are happy - and I'm always happy!

Eskaton has a recreational room, groups that play games, a library, and computers. The rules that they have setup about being here should apply to everybody, not just a few. The staff is attentive.
