The unit is unsatisfactory. In the 10 months I have been a resident, i have encounter almost a reapir order monthly, Dish washer malfuncion replace with one but dismaged the counter. Broken blinds. Bathroom sink had hair line crack, not replaced, sprayed with product to hide the crack and the sink is now very rough, not smooth as sinks should be. ALL cabinets covered with plastic coating and is pealing badly. Garbbage disposal, from the start backed up to the opposite sink, won't drain properly, unit replaced.. bathroom tub without shower. not meant or can be used by senios and no grab bars. outsie shrubs seldom trim, extremely unruley and yard not maintained. When using stove top, the entire range top is too hot to touch and microwave handle is mostly too hot to touch, all surface is dangerly hot when the oven is used. I have only used it 3 times while living here. Overall comment - beware of want you sign up for, verbal promises are broken. One should have everthing spell out in writing AND your walk through should be carefully scrutized!

I chose Heritage Villas mainly for the price and availability. It’s a very nice place. The apartment is approximately 650 sq. ft. with one bedroom and a dining room combined with an efficiency kitchen. The staff was very helpful and very thoughtful; they got the apartment ready for me, so I’m very satisfied. I fix my own food. They’re very clean and meet my needs.
