Village Senior Apartments are great. They are brand new. They have kitchenettes, stoves, refrigerators, and central air and heat. They have a one-bedroom-one-bathroom with a living room and a balcony. In my understanding, there are 44 one-bedrooms and 6 two-bedrooms at the 50-unit complex. They have two stories. Thirteen of the one-bedrooms were set aside for veterans. There is a manager who's there Monday through Friday during the daytime. My interaction with them is great. There is a conference room, which is fairly a good size. The community is well landscaped. For value for money, it's pretty good. If I did not have the VASH voucher, I could not afford to live there.
