"Goldton at Adelaide is phenomenal. They're great. It's super nice, and compared to the Virginia prices, it's extremely reasonable. The staff who gave the tour was awesome. I would feel comfortable living there. They don't have one-bedroom or studio options for independent living. All they have are houses that rent for $4000, which is great, but it's over our budget for now. It's in the A-category if I would give it a grade. The activities are great. They have a bus to take them around. They have different things to do. They have cards. My mom would be very happy there. It's across a country club, and for a small town, they have a top-notch facility."

"My grandfather moved to BeeHive Homes of Philadelphia. It's very clean. It's very family-friendly, and it feels like a home. It doesn't feel like a facility."

"The staff was very welcoming. My grandfather complained about the food but you can not expect much from that type of living facility. There was a spot in the hall where it looked like someone had mopped and not left a wet floor sign. Slippery places such as these can be dangerous. My grandfather's nurse was a very nice lady. I do not remember her name. The visiting hours are well maintained. Smoking is not allowed near the door. There is a sign posted but the rule is not well inforced. "

"We saw Montgomery Gardens. I think assisted living is the only level they have. I think it was good. I've had friends that have been residents there too and they've been happy. They felt like they got their money's worth. I think the staff was really on their toes about what the residents needed. They seem to have a good ratio between staff and residents. We ate there and the food was nice. I think they try to get the residents out of their rooms every day and do things with them twice a day. I don't know what all they do with them but they would play bingo and bunco. They would have groups that would come in too. I know they've come in and demonstrated flower arrangements. They've also dressed up for Mardi Gras and things like that. Now during the pandemic, of course, a lot of that stopped."
