Mom was at Sheridan Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center and it was awful. It's an old facility that needs to be updated big time. The rooms were so small, so it was not a good experience. Mostly everybody was nice and they would pretty much tell you what you wanted to hear, but they didn't follow through on what they would do if there were issues when I would call about it (the main people would not follow through with what they said they were going to do). For the money, they charge way too much for what they provide. It was very expensive and not worth it at all. It was double the cost of what my mother is doing right now, and not near as nice and accommodating.
