This is a mobile home resort community. It is independent living.The units and grounds are well maintained. It is a desert landscape with blooming cactus. There are 55 units. Single and double wide homes available. The resident rents the land and owns the unit. There is availability of a Lifelock pendent system for emergencies. They have a library with dvds.heated pool and spa. tennis courts,and a clubhouse. There is availability of senior transport. There are several doctors available. Home health services can be set up. It is a very active community as they do pancake breakfasts and luncheons weekly. They have tennis, shuffle board,bingo, and dances.They do water aerobics.They have a laundry facility and church services. The management seems nice and caring. This a nice family oriented community for those more active seniors.

This community does not cater to the elderly. There are no services available for the elderly. The pool is closed more often than not. The water for the entire park is turned off no less than twice a month. The tennis courts are closed. The shuffle board courts are closed. The assistant manager is hateful and unprofessional. No reasons given for no maintenance on the community bathrooms which are filthy. Lot rent has gone up $48.00 this year without the amenities promised. The continual lot rent raise is forcing seniors out of their homes. I would not recommend this company for yourself or your elderly loved ones.
