I was NOT to mpressed with this place. I am my mother's medical proxy and anything regarding her care should have gone threw me. Not only were there test and minor injuries that were NOT reported to me. They in a very condescending manor told me my mother "threw" her self out of her wheelchair. Now, if they had paid attention when I told them she had spasms which is clearly stated in her records then they would have remembered to strap her in. My mother wasn't even a resident. She was there for physical rehab. She had a stroke just 5 weeks earlier and her memory was affected. They were awary of this and STILK tried to tell me she had dementia and I should keep her there. When I said she had never been diagnosed with that they TESTED her without my knowledge. When it came back she did NOT have dementia, they dropped the subject. I worked in a nursing home, but this one is underhanded and as far as I'm concerned, untrustworthy.

My son-in-law is at Diversicare of Winfield. They have not been honest with me, and they keep me running in circles. There's church service every Sunday morning, he has a roommate, and they have a lady that comes and does housekeeping. The majority of the staff is not good, and are nasty in a way.
