The caregivers at this facility are absolutely amazing. They treat my uncle like he is own of their own family members. They continue to advise me on any medical care that is needed or if my uncle is just have a bad day. My uncle can be very verbal and sometimes downright mean. However, these caregivers treat him with the utmost respect and care. I remember one time he was having a fit and swinging his arms. He accidently hit one of the caregivers. She spoke softly and kind to him the entire time. She was awesome. Even when I apologized for his behavior, she told me not to worry about it. She stated my uncle has his bad days but his good ones outweigh them. Such compassion. They continue to care for my uncle and ensure that he has social time with many of his friends that have also made their home there. I know that my uncle is in capable hands at Hartford Health Care and I am extremely grateful for their service and care.
