We chose Crossville Health and Rehabilitation because of the cost, location, and community. My mother is in a shared room right now and is on a list for a single room. The facility is clean and well-kept. The outside is very nice and manicured. The nurses, the CNAs, everybody there is very pleasant, very professional, and very caring. My mom likes the food there, so that's a big plus. They have activities, but she doesn't go to them. She's on Medicaid. The dining area is nice, but most residents eat in their rooms. They have two separate dining rooms. The residents can go to one dining room, and they have another dining room where the residents have to be fed by hand.

My mother-in-law moved into Crossville Health and Rehabilitation. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They have some benches that are outside in a concrete area. They do bingo and they have singing groups come. Her room is very small. It has a bathroom and a vanity with a sink and mirror. She shares a room. But she has a little closet and her recliner, which we provided.

My husband is currently in Crossville Health and Rehabilitation. They were okay, but he has severe dementia. They were clean, the food is okay, and everybody is really nice, and the nurses seemed to be really good with the people. He liked the food, it was good, and the building is fine, it was renovated, and updated.
