"My mom is a resident of Ashbury Heights of Fayette. The staff is fine, and they do a good job. The food is very good. There's always plenty of food to eat. They take good care of the facility. There's only 12 of them there, so it is a very small facility. It seems like they really take good care of it. They have very limited activities. The things they've been able to do in the past, they are not able to do since she has been there because of Covid. They do not let anybody in the facility. The only time you are able to leave is when you need to go to for a doctor's visit. You are not allowed to go any place else. The patients have to keep their masks on at all times. I think it is a good value for the money."

"My mother is in Bristol Manor of Salisbury. I have chosen this place because it is close to me. The only thing I do not like is that there are not any activities, but that may be because of Covid. The staff members are very helpful. My mother likes the food. The place needs to be updated, but other than that, it is kept pretty nice and very good. They got an outdoor patio. I live twenty minutes away, so it is close to me and that is what my mother wanted. She has been there for one month now. If they could have activities that would be great. They are very nice and very attentive. Every need is taken care of. Maybe they could use more staff. I think they have trouble keeping staff, but they do a great job with what they got."

"My husband’s care could not have been better anywhere else. They always had nurses and staff to take care of him and other clients. I always knew he was safe and in good hands. They loved the both of us like family. Best place ever! "

"I take my sister, who has pretty bad dementia, to a daycare program in Mill Creek Village. It's in their long-term memory facility (The Arbors), but they have daycare patients. It's been marvelous. The first thing you always notice is how clean it is. For each holiday, they decorate beautifully. The staff is just really, really nice. I know they go for walks, but I'm not real sure of the other activities. The staff is incredibly friendly, incredibly competent, and very, very good. The people seemed satisfied. It's hard for me because she always wants to leave with me, but they'll easily divert her for me. There's a beauty shop. It's difficult for me to wash her hair and stuff like that, but they take care of that. It's always decorated. Right now, there's a beautiful tree up and Christmas decorations. It's very nice. It smells good, and they had tablecloths and flowers on the table, and nice chairs."
