I've been using Right at Home Princeton for over a year now. I can depend on them coming when they say they'll come. They do good work. They do what I need. They take care of housework and such that I can't do. The caregiver fixes lunch for us. I get a shower, and they do lots of housework. I have them every day. My current one here is weekdays. They could improve on their weekend scheduling. I give 5 stars to my current weekday person, Kimberly. She's great.

RAH provides home health aides for us. Health Care providers are very good. They provide assistance with ADLs, changing feeding, assistance with special needs my husband has. These include speech exercises, use of nebulizer and monitoring oxygen. The home health aides are caring and attentive. The office staff could be more timely in communication about staff time off and more proactive in finding replacements. Home Health staff very good. Office staff can improve but overall try to be responsive.

Lisa is always on time,stays late,if necessary, and comes in on her days off. She’s compassionate to my disabilities. In the past there’s been issues getting someone to help on the weekends but as of late I’ve had someone

right at home provides a caregiver for myself and my husband.she is always on time. she is very easy to interact with and we enjoy her being here with us. the agency has been really helpful and has answered all of our questions so far.
