I am a caregiver for my husband who has Alzheimers and is in a wheelchair. We have been clients of this group since December 2011 and I have been totally satisfied with them. The nurses are professional, but friendly. They visit once a week, but have responded very promptly when I call with some issue that I feel needs extra attention; ie:when he was short of breath one morning. That morning someone was here within half an hour. There have been other similar instances which I won't relate at this time. The aide that bathes him three times week is so competent....she understand that he is terrified of falling and reassures him as she gets him into and out of the tub. She is always so cheerful and happy and says "I love my job" and it shows. The therapist is patient especially when he doesn't comprehend the instructions she gives to him. She does not try to get him to walk, but just does exercises that keeps his muscles from becoming atrophied. This group is not a chain and has only this one site from which they work. I have recommended Home Care Solutions to orthers and have not had any negative feedback
