I am a daughter of the resident. Our family needed help with Mom. I was very impressed with the helpers. They would always be listening to how to be more helpful. The few weeks my Mom was with there, our family made good friends with these people. and i am so glad to have had Mom in this organization.

Our family needed to find care for our 92 year old mother recently after a fall. During her weeks at Palisades, staff were wonderfully caring and compassionate with her. We were really impressed with the level of care and attention she received during her time there and will always be grateful for it.

Palisade Healthcare Community did a great job taking care of my grandmother. Although the building is older looking the care they provided was superb. There were plenty of staff available for questions when we had them. My grandmothers call light was always answered in a good amount of time and if we had questions about it they had a computer program that they could look it up on. They seem to be making a lot of updates. I would recommend this facility to others!

I was not happy with Palisade Manor. The staff looked stressed, and the residents were just sitting around. It was not very clean, and the rooms were very small.
