Griswold Home Care does round-the-clock care for my cousin. Also, if I have a conflict, they will take her to appointments or things like that. They will not administer any of her drugs, but they will let her know that it's time and remind her. They make sure that they follow through with anything that PT, OT, and speech order for her. They've been fantastic. They keep me very informed as well, which is good. The company and all the aides keep me very informed. They all have my number. The aides call me and also Griswold calls and gives me updates if something is different or whatever. The staffing has been incredible. They've been fantastic. There was one time where they couldn't find somebody from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., so I just went; it was no problem. They let me know days in advance that they were having a trouble filling that spot, so I had a lot of notice; it just fit my schedule, and I just went and got it. They're very informative. There are different caregivers all the time, and my cousin does not complain about any of them. I check in every other day. I do her grocery shopping and stuff like that. I fill her pill container. I'm there regularly, and there have been zero issues. Everybody's been fantastic. I would recommend Griswold to anybody. They're very good.

I have been with Griswold in Bloomsburg for over a year. Their care and personal understanding is top quality. They provided excellent 24hrs care when I had knee surgery, they got me to necessary doctor apps, Their care givers on the whole are great!

My mother has had care for over two years now at her home. It’s a fairly rural area where mother lives, and Home Care were about the only people that would provide and have enough caregivers for around the clock care for her. The caregivers come on time. They are there to provide car services, help her use the bathroom, help her shower, help dress her, and take care of the meals. They try to engage her once in a while, play some games, or go for walks if the weather is nice. I would recommend them.
