We have been using the in-home care services of Assisting Hands Home Care - East Charlotte for my parents. They're here 24 hours a day, so they usually have 3 staff members come here daily. They're very good and very helpful. They do some cooking and cleaning, plus they take my parents to their medical appointments. They also monitor their medications to make sure they take the proper amount of the medicine they're supposed to be taking. The billing is very good, and they're very easy to work with. We are in contact with them seven days a week. Anytime we have a problem, we can call them. They're very good.
