The agency pertinent me company. I am single living here by a mistake. I appreciate the help I get because I only have one arm. The staff trys to get to my house on time. I get along with my caregivers. The agency meets my request almost immediately. I thank you for all your help.

Comfort Keepers took care of my mom for many years. Everyone in the office is always so nice and understanding of cancelling and adding appointments. They would also call every week to let me know who was coming and if the caregiver was not able to make it i was always notified. My mom unfortunately has since went into a facility. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone in need and if the need come up in the future I will definitely be calling them.

They don’t show up, they don’t call to let you know they are not coming. The girls running the crew need to be fired. The only time they call is on Friday at 4.45 to let you know that nobody was coming to your house for the week we just went threw . Thanks I was here so I know nobody showed up. Four months of terrible service. No response to our needs.

We have used this company to come assist us with my father and his dementia. They were great! They were timely and very understanding with changes in schedules. We have stopped using them at present as my father has improved but if things were to change I would not hesitate to use them again.
