I did not know that: I would be successful in caring for Mom at home, but Hospice would help to make it happen; I would be able to specify approximate aide time, ie early am, late pm, according to our need to coordinate care, between hospice aide, and private aide; staff turnover is so low, nurses who provided care in 2012 for my Mom were same nurses who provided care in 2008 for my Dad; the caregivers were such loving people, they were a bright spot in Mom's day, (and mine too.)
