This agency was good to be able to fit to what was an unpredictable house schedule. I was not always able to plan days or weeks ahead of time and usually if I called in the morning we were able to have assistance for my parents by supper time. My parents always seemed to enjoy the company of the care giver sent. Usually the care giver would sit with my parents while they had their meal and visit with them which my parents appreciated
