I am a current client of this Senior Home Care Agency. I have to say that at first I had no negative comments to say about this homecare agency. This is due to having a different employee at the time. The woman who came to take care of my elderly mother stayed with her at all times and made sure she had everything she needed, was fed, and bathed. But, a couple months later a new employee was hired to come and stay with my mother. This employee does not keep her eye on my mother. She is constantly wandering off and doing other things she should not be doing when she should be keeping to my mother. One incident when she done so she let my mother fall. My mother thankfully was ok but it could have been a worse situation. I have contacted the agency about it but they disreguarded my word and took the employee's word over mine. This employee also is constantly flirting with my husband which I find very inappropriate. I think she should be there to do her job, which she isn't. I am currently very stressed over the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone, for I am having lots of issues with them at this very moment.
