Every care Giver I've had has been friendly and caring. Angel, my case manager is so wonderful. Jade stays on top of my required needs. With her help I've gotten a stairlift, motorized wheelchair, and trailer, and the ramps I need to go in and out of my house are in the works. Everyone I have dealt with has been caring, friendly, and competent at their job. They are knowledgeable and get things done.

My caregivers Susan Kristen and Nikki have be very helpful. I feel good having them around and help me with everything. All of the caregiving my dad has received from Home Instead has been nothing short of excellent! His caregiver Heather made such a positive impact in his day, doing everything from housekeeping to her amazing cooking skills. She helped him feel like part of his community with weekly excursions to the grocery store, and wherever else he wanted or needed to go. Cindy and Angel have been amazing with my uncle. Angel listens to what we have concerns about and she knows who to contact and how to get things taken care of. Angel is the best case manager the I have ever had to work with for family members. Cindy definitely puts her whole heart into what she does. She makes sure that my uncle is comfortable and helps him when he needs it. Cindy has a heart of gold! I am pleased with the home care that my uncle is receiving.

Tonya has been my dad's primary care giver and I can't thank her enough. She is kind and respectful toward my dad, keeping a careful eye on his health and changes that need to be examined while maintaining his dignity. Her experience with dementia care really shows. She is a blessing to me every time she visits.

Angie T. is a wonderful caregiver for my 96 year old mother. She comes 4 hours, 5 days a week. In addition to bathing and doing personal care with my mother, she also has been very helpful organizing and cleaning my mom’s house. Angie is always willing to do anything we ask her to do. She is kind, patient and positive. Our family really appreciates having Angie care for our mother.

Mom's caregiver, Shantel, has been attentive and patient with her. Mom's memory loss can make for some challenging situations and days. Shantel defuses those situations and communicates occurrences of conditions and behaviors atypical for mom with us so that we are able to make informed care decisions even when we cannot physically be with mom.

Casey is a great worker. She has helped organize things that I haven’t been able to get organized to n 15 years. She helps me make lists together and goes and gets my groceries. Helps me with personal care including showers and dressing. She has helped me organize cabinets, cupboards. Pantry, desk and shelves in living room and book ends set up. Not to mention the housekeeping and laundry. Home instead has been good at covering my needs. I know I can always call Angel and she will answer my call and gets things done. I give 5 stars, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Home Instead has been a positive addition to my father's care plan. I live far away at this time and the company has been great is keeping me in the loop and ensuring my father is safe and has companionship. He especially appreciates the help he receives from his primary care giver Jessica. They have bonded well and she goes above and beyond our expectations. We are also pleased with the rotating weekend staff, Bethany and Cheyanna, who are proactive with checking with the company and Jessica to ensure cohesive care for my dad. I was hesitant about home health care but Home Instead has been professional and helpful in this phrase in my dad's life.

Cheyenna is such a sweet girl. We click together. She is like family, like a granddaughter to me. She always is there, and looks out for me. Assists me to walk safely. Helps me with reading, instructions, looking up phone numbers. Home Instead helps me to be able to stay in my home safely and gets me to my appointments.

So far communication with central scheduling and billing, caregiver availibility have been exellent with very few holes in service and no no shows, which was not the case with other agencies. We love Megan and Tammi as they are energetic, do their jobs, follow instructions, think for themselves and are very sweet to Mom. She has Alzheimers and has had many falls and UTI’s and they can deal with her issues for the most part. Thankyou Home Instead! You have made her and my lives so much more stable and stress free! Recommend.

I'm using Home Instead. Normally, my caregivers are superb, but my one permanent caregiver is off for surgical leave, and I'm getting different caretakers in to cover for her. I had one caretaker in here that I filed a complaint against. They do my housework for me because I'm severely disabled, and they watch over me. They take care of me, basically and I appreciate that because a lot of this I cannot do myself. I've had two permanent caregivers. Rebecca is a sweetie. I love her to pieces. She does whatever needs to be done. She asks me all the time if I need anything extra. She does my running for me. She is excellent. My communication with the agency is pretty good. I usually go to my case manager, Angel. She goes over above and beyond. If I have an issue, she tries to get in there and fix it. If I have a need, she tries to make sure that's covered. She is just wonderful. My Medicaid is paying for this, and I think it's well worth it. The caregivers usually are excellent, but I had problems with a couple ones.

Not only by assisting me in my home but by being able to get out to do things and it has been a long time before that since I was able. Anna, Danisha, Marianne and Cydney all have gifts for working with people.
