Addus HomeCare has been with my mom since September, and everything has just been very satisfactory. They are excellent. I've had three different caregivers who have worked with each other and worked with me to change schedules back and forth. Everybody has been very adaptive and very good. We can go over thing things over the phone.

Everything was good with Addus Home Care except I had a girl who never wanted to come here. They got a replacement, and the next week, she pulled the same thing and went off again. I did not like that experience at all. They gave me another girl, and she is very good.
