At first this Care Agency seems to be efficient but do not be fooled into thinking so. They have the WORST hiring Policies and the first year I hired them they sent out a person that told me she was happy they didn't do a Criminal Background Check. This should be the FIRST THING they do before hiring people. And they need to offer Better Services. Plus, their office employees are AWFUL! Only one has any idea of how to create a schedule for the Home Care Workers! Basically they cut corners in any way possible and it shows! If there were three or more In Home Care Companies then maybe this one would clean up their act and start running their business for the people who hire them and not in a way that keeps horrible employees and cuts every corner imaginable. I would not send a Dog I didn't like to a house where they had this company send out their workers. And also I know for a FACT that the company does NOT do any actual Training. They basically send our freshly hired employees to people's homes and tell the people to Train them. How IS this Training?!?
