Any questions I had one of my nurses was always there to answer any questions I had. I love the communication they have with their patients. I knee when to expect my nurse on the days I had service. They helped my husband in household tasks he could not do and saw that he took meds on time. "Called Bayada on a Thursday evening around 4 for help with parent following a lengthy stay at Urgent Care. Needed aide for overnight x 2 nights plus daytime assistance. They got right back to me and had someone in my mom's home by 9 pm to relieve me. AMAZING - empathetic, caring, knowledgeable - everyone I spoke with and saw in my mom's apartment. Won't use anyone else! Thank you."

"I was hospitalized for 3months with Necrotizing Fasciitis with a surgical wound on my left buttocks. My wound was extremely large and down to the bone. After i was discharged home health care came to my house the very next day. Currently, two month later still continue to come three times a week for wound care. My wound has made unbelievable progress during this time. I would like to thank Sherry RN and Barb RN for the excellent care they provided. They are very professional, knowledgeable. They let me know before they come and communicate well with me. I would also like to thank Scott from PT who came for two month. My progression very much improved. The office staff was prompt with insurance and supplies being delivered. "I cannot speak highly enough for the Dependable Hospice team that we had in place for our father at the end of his life . The tender loving care and dignity they provided our father was immense. They gave my father dignity and respect at the end of his life. My fathers nurses, Shelia, Sally and Evelyn were so committed, compassionate and knowledgeable. Alicia the med tech who cared for my father was special. The way she bathed my father and spoke to him in his final days was beyond loving. Desirae was also a godsend to our family as she arranged volunteers as well as her own time to sit with my father when our family needed to get some sleep. The words I’m writing here fall short of what I really want to say but my family is so grateful for this team of professionals.
