The office staff and field staff were both kind and professional. They are extremely flexible and understanding of last minute appointments and cancellations. Have been with them for several years and have only had a handful of issues, to which they resolve as fast as I can voice them.

On the first day, care giver had an emergency. On the 2nd week, she called at 9:11 am (suppose to work at 9 am), unavailable. 2 days later she was suppose to work at 10 am, no show. Unreliable, no follow up from office, no follow up when I signed the contract and asked them to note the rate that we discussed and to clarify what services PC covered. No response to several emails.
