The Champion Home Health Care agency is very nice, and the care they provide for my father is very good. They help him, bathe him, and they do some light cooking and cleaning, so they're basically also helping my mom. They also dress him and put him outside, plus they really talk to them. Just having somebody there to talk to my parents is very good. The communication is very good. Any time something happens, or if they're going to be late, they always call me to tell me way ahead of time. They are very communicative. The VA is carrying all the costs because my father is a veteran. The caregivers are very professional and also really caring.
