I’ve worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. You couldn’t ask more of a home health service! My parents are very picky about whom they let in their home. Abby found someone kind, patient and cheerful. Our provider understand my fathers dementia and treats him with kindness and respect. She has become very much a member of the family Abby regularly checks in to make sure all is well. Any issues that do arise (changes to her or our schedule) is completely handled by them. They have given me a peace of mind with my parents that I thought I would never have. My regret is not calling them sooner! Mark Tesoro

We used Abby Services Home Care Fort Myers for my sister. They helped by staying at home with her while we were working. They fixed lunch for her and made sure she didn't fall since she's a fall risk and not to really be left alone. They were very convenient. We didn't have to go through a big process of getting somebody out here. We were just looking for someone to call on periodically and they were agreeable to that, so we just called them for a day here or there. I was very pleased with their service. I was scrambling at the last minute one day to find somebody and they came through for me. It was a very easy process to get their service and they did everything they said they were going to do. Cost-wise they were a good price and really provided what we were looking for.
