My mother had 2 caregivers from Visiting Angels and they were both very nice. But it was an emergency and I needed someone that day, and she had told me that she was coming that day but she didn't get there. And I dind't know it until the next day, and when I called that day she wasn't there which was not good. She was with my mother for a week, but the first day that she was supposed to be there, she didn't come. I would recommend their services, but I would like a better follow-through, that they would do what they said they'd do. But once they've started working, everything was good.
