I have had services three separate times post hospital stay. They were caring, attentive and professional. I am now bedbound due to ill Ed’s and my primary care is referring me to them again for nursing and physical therapy. I am happy to be referred to them again, especially for help with bedsores!! I would highly recommend them.

Poor service...staff sit on the couch for hours at a time on their phone. Then they complain about the work if you ask them to help around the house.

This company does not set appointments up with clients in a timely fashion, and rarely returns phone calls. When they do call, they are quite rude. The agency appears to be poorly run and extremely disorganized.

I would never allow United Homehealth to treat me again. On the initial visit the nurse failed to check my blood pressure. The Physical Therapist was one hour late for a session and then the next appointment she was a NO SHOW. No apology from her or the company. No way to treat a TKR patient. I fired them and got an early discharge.

United home care has provided care for a number of my family members over the years. In each instance I have been very pleased with the services provided. They have really caring and knowledgeable staff who really seem to care about helping their patients improve. My grandmother had a wonderful nurse, home health aide for bathing, and a physical therapist who helped her learn tomove again after a knee replacement. My uncle has had United home care for two knee replacements and my father after an ankle surgery. Each experience was wonderful. They are caring and respectful and a blessing. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

United Home Care had just provided me with caregivers. Some of them happened to be good but others were not. In fact, one of them was a lion tamer a week before she became a caregiver. The communication was fine. Their care provider insisted that I call and report if any incident happened. When there was one bad incident, I did report it but they paid little to no attention to any complaints I had. Unfortunately, the caregiver I reported was still working there. I just rather not have anything to say about United. I don't want anything more to do with them. I would not recommend them.
