My mom is in West Park Long Term Care Center. Most of the staff members are compassionate and great. They really do take good care of my mother. The only complaint we have is she keeps losing her clothes. The food is pretty good and they have large portions, but she complains that everything starts to taste the same. They can do better with the food. The place itself is clean, things are put away, and there's nothing out there for them to fall over. It's very expensive: $9,000 a month.
