My mom is staying in Wisconsin Dells Health Services for rehab. The staff is extremely caring. They are very loving to their patients and very attentive, and that would be the highest thing. The rehab people are wonderful, very helpful, understanding, and caring. The least is that the facility itself needs to be updated. The room that she was in was nice. She was in there as a single, but it could have been a double. And if it were a double, then I think it would be very cramped. But she was there as a single occupant. The floors had all been redone in there, so that was nice. The bathroom was adequate. It's just your toilet and sink, but that could be updated. Other than that, that was also a good situation. My mom said the food was OK - plenty of it. My mom is used to eating just breakfast and a late supper and dinner together. With a nursing home, you have to understand they can't season a lot, so it lacked seasoning, but it was more like a home-cooked meal.
