Very clean, efficient, rent-based, manager lives on-premises, 24-hour assistance for emergencies, social activities on premises, laundry facilities on premises, electric allowance, multi-purpose room for residents, public transportation for those without personal vehicles. Offers studio and one bedroom units. Access into main building is controlled so no unauthorized persons can enter-Safety is utmost importance. Resident Manager (Amber) was very helpful and processed paperwork promptly.
